To return your product please initiate a return on our https://www.shopapes.com/pages/return-portal.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Shipping paid on Returned Items is non-refundable.
Returns
We gladly accept returns/exchanges for items in unworn brand-new condition, within the first 30 days after receipt of your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed once the package has arrived at our facilities.

Please let us know in detail (name and color/size if applicable) what it is you'd like to exchange for. To exchange for a higher priced item, please continue to fill out the form and we will send you an invoice for the price difference. Items in an order can only be exchanged once.
The return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ship anything back to us until you've completed the returns form and received instructions on returning your items.
To complete your return, we require the order number or email address associated with the order.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded unless authorized for a special circumstance.
