Shopapes Jewelry is always committed to ensuring you with the highest quality of Jewelry. We are more than pleased to offer our jewelry patrons a lifetime guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by Shopapes, your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event Shopapes no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. The exception is for clearance or final sale items.

This warranty does not cover:

  • excessive wear
  • lack of care

    How does the lifetime guarantee work?

    Shopapes is committed to providing the highest standard of jewelry – which is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee on our products. If your product is damaged, it fades or stops working under normal wear, this guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. This Warranty is voided on any user damage issues (i.e: scratches, accidental breakage, water damage, etc.). A Shipping and Handling fee of $14.95 will be charged for all Warranty Replacements.

    During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Shopapes to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.

    Shopapes will, at its option, either:

  • repair the product using new or refurbished parts
  • replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced

  • Shopapes shall have no obligation to repair, or replace until the defective product is returned to Shopapes. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

    Exclusions and Limitations

    This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by

  • accident
  • abuse
  • misuse
  • misapplication
  • use of non-Shopapes products

  • Do not expose your Shopapes products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:

  • liquid silver polish
  • pools
  • hot tubs
  • salt water
  • spas

  • Do not sleep in the jewelry. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Shopapes product. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your Shopapes product.
